Meeting registration is for Brokers, Funding Sources, and Associates. Prospective member registration requires that you must be eligible to become a member of the AACFB. The $30 application fee, as well as one year of membership fees will be waived upon approval. Exhibitor registration is available to AACFB Associate and Funding Source Members only and includes meeting registration for one person and a table at the Expo, while table supplies last. Additional attendees may register for the meeting as additional Associate/Funding Source registrants.

The registration fee includes the cost of attendance at all general and concurrent sessions, social functions and planned meals. For guests, you may purchase individual passes for the opening reception. All registrations must be received by the office no later than August 31, 2022 to have a badge ready for you at the AACFB registration desk. Otherwise, your badge will be printed when you arrive on-site. All fees must be paid in advance and accompany this registration. An electronic confirmation will be sent to you once your payment has been processed.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Written notice of cancellation must be received at AACFB Headquarters no later than August 31, 2022 in order to receive a refund, less a $50 processing fee. There will be no refunds or cancellations received after this date. All refunds will be processed after the event.
EXHIBITOR CANCELLATION POLICY
Written notice of cancellation of an exhibitor must be received at AACFB Headquarters no later than August 10, 2022 in order to receive a refund, less a $75 processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after this date. All refunds will be processed after the event. Reasonable steps will be taken to deter theft and minimize loss at AACFB trade shows; however, the exhibitors are ultimately responsible for securing all items of value before, during, and after the trade show to prevent loss.
PHOTOGRAPH POLICY
We take photographs during AACFB meetings and events for use in advertising, newsletters, and other promotional materials, including the AACFB website. By participating in this event you grant AACFB the right to use your name and photograph for such purposes.
Anti-Harassment Policy
The AACFB is committed to ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all participants at AACFB events. We expect all participants at AACFB events to abide by this Anti-Harassment Policy in all venues at the AACFB events, including ancillary events and official and unofficial social gatherings.
